Why am I still receiving bills after payment?
If you paid less than 4 weeks ago, please disregard any bill received. Our letters probably crossed in the mail. However, if you paid more than 4 weeks ago, please contact us so we can correct this problem.
You can check your subscription payment status online through the magazine's customer service web site.
When does my subscription expire?
Your expiration date is the last issue you would receive in your subscription. This includes paid and unpaid orders. Your printed mailing label includes your name and address, in addition to postal information and details about your subscription. Your subscription expiration date appears as a month and year in the second or third printed line. (Issues with renewal offers attached have this information listed near your name and address.)
