OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. You are not a winner yet. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

To enter, log on to www.rodale.com/acura, and fully complete and submit the registration form as instructed. Sweepstakes begins August 31, 2006 at 12:01am ET and entries must be received by October 31, 2006 at 11:59 pm ET to be eligible to win. One entry per email address/person per day. Only entries submitted electronically to the Web site in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. For e-mail entries, the entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these official rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, contain inaccurate information, do not fully comply with these rules or that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the Sponsor, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind are not eligible.

From all eligible entries received, Rodale will randomly select the winner on or about November 10, 2006. Winner will be notified by email on or about November 17, 2006. Winner will be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of postal mail notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, if the potential winner cannot be reached at the email or mailing address on his or her entry, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable for whatever reason, the winner will forfeit any right to receive the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Rodale, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects.

Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Rodale ("Sponsor"), Acura, and all of American Honda Motor Co., Inc. including members of their immediate families and household are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law.

Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. By acceptance of a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs or other likenesses, testimonials and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's email address and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion subject to Rodale's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. "Entrants by entering this promotion automatically consent to receive promotional or editorial e-mails from Rodale Inc. See http://www.rodale.com/corp/sub/1,1874,1-28,00.html for Rodale's privacy policy." All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Twenty (20) Prizes: One copy of Mental Training for Peak Performance. The approximate retail value of the prize is $14.95, and will be awarded to 20 winners (the total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded is $299). All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer or substitution of prize[s] except at Rodale's sole discretion in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of prize.

Rodale, Acura and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, shall not have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, (iv) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; or (v) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or prize related activities. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion and to select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor.

A winner's list will be posted on the Web Site on or about November 30, 2006 or to receive a copy by mail after November 30 send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
