Locate Your Expiration Date

The expiration date of your subscription can be found on your magazine label above your name. You can also visit the magazine's Online Self-Service Site to view your expiration information on your account summary page.

Our magazines are also available digitally. Depending on your device, you can visit Zinio® (computer based), iTunes®, Nook®, or Kindle® to download the magazine or purchase digital access. Depending on your plan, access to the digital edition may be included in your subscription.

Delivery Time of New Subscriptions

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your first issue. Free gifts may ship separately from your magazine order.

If you ordered Men's Health or Women's Health through a T-Mobile promotion, please allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery of your first magazine.

Billing & Payments

How do I make a payment?
If a payment is due, you will be prompted on the Online Self-Service Site account summary page, where you can pay your bill online using your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Novus/Discover. Checks and money orders can be mailed to:

Why did I receive a bill after I already sent a payment?
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than 2 weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you sent payment, please go to the magazine's Online Self-Service Site account summary page to check your last payment date. If it has been more than 2 weeks, please contact Customer Care via email or phone.

Why did I receive a magazine and a bill when I don’t remembering ordering?
Some of our magazine subscriptions will automatically renew for a customer’s convenience so you never have to worry about missing an issue. At the time the original order was placed, the offer was designed to renew yearly until canceling. You can change your subscription or cancel anytime. Visit your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site to cancel your subscription.

Change Your Mailing Address

Changing your address can be done easily online via your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

Change Your Email Address

Providing us with your email address will allow us to better serve you. Go paperless and you’ll receive important messages and information electronically from us regarding your subscription. To update or provide us with your latest email address, please go to your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

Change Your Magazine Email Preferences

To update your email preferences regarding your subscription communications only, please go to your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site. If you’d like to update your promotional and newsletter emails from us, please visit the Email Preference Center.


All of our magazine brands offer a variety of free digital newsletters delivered to your in-box. To subscribe to any of the newsletters, visit the Email Preference Center and select and manage your email newsletter subscriptions.


You can renew online by clicking on the “Renew My Subscription” link in your account summary on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site. Your renewal order will be added to the end of your current subscription. Your magazine label and account summary will reflect the new expiration date. You can also renew your subscription by mailing your renewal order to:

We will send you renewal notices well in advance of your current subscription expiration date by mail or email (if we have your email on file and you have indicated that you would like to be contacted via email) so you will not have any interruption in service. Note: Your renewal request should be received by us at least 8 weeks prior to your current subscription expiration to ensure your subscription will not be interrupted.


To cancel your subscription online, please go to the magazine’s Online Self-Service Site. If you have paid for your subscription, a refund will be issued for all remaining copies that have not been mailed at the time of your request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment you used to pay the original invoice. If you did not pay for your subscription prior to canceling, please disregard any bills you may receive after canceling and accept any issues you may receive with our compliments.

For Agency Orders: If you purchased your subscription via an agency — for example, as part of a school program — you must contact that agency directly regarding any bill or for a refund.

Donate Your Refund
We have a special place in our hearts for the Rodale Institute, the not-for-profit organic research farm that was also founded by J.I. Rodale in 1947 to study organic agriculture. This 333-acre farm in Pennsylvania is revolutionizing the food system, proving healthy soil = healthy food = healthy people. YOU can help support them to make a difference. To donate your refund, simply endorse the back of the refund check and sign it to the Rodale Institute. The full amount of the check will be tax-deductible for you. If your refund was issued back to your credit card, please consider making a tax-deductible donation at Mail your endorsed refund check to: Rodale Institute, 611 Siegfriedale Road, Kutztown, PA 19530.

Late or Missed Issue

Your first issue will arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If you do not receive it during that time, please verify that your name and address are correct in your account summary on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

If you recently changed your address, your new subscription has not yet started, or there is inclement weather, there may be a delay. In addition, please check to confirm that you have not canceled your subscription. You can check which issues our records show you should have received and report the missing issue online by clicking “Report Damaged/Missing Issue” on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

Damaged Issue

If your magazine has arrived damaged, you can request a replacement issue by clicking “Report Damaged/Missing Issue” on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

Duplicate Issues

If you are receiving duplicate copies, you most likely have two active accounts. Please locate the account number on both copies (see the mailing label on the magazine) and notify Customer Care via email. If you have a preference, please indicate the account you would like to retain. We will either cancel the additional subscription or combine the subscriptions and extend your subscription accordingly. Your new expiration date will appear on the mailing label on your magazine and on your account summary approximately two issues after changes are made to your account.

Back Issues

You can purchase additional copies of the U.S. edition of current and prior issues of our magazines. Payment must accompany your order to be processed.  Please note the cost of each issue based on where you are located (shipping is included):

  • U.S. - $7 per issue
  • Canada - $9 per issue
  • Any other international location - $12 per issue

If you would like to temporarily stop your subscription for any reason, click “Temporarily Suspend Your Subscription Service” on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.

Premiums & Free Gifts

If your subscription offer includes a premium or free gift and states that shipment of the premium or gift is subject to payment of your order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks after your payment is received for delivery. If you have already sent your payment, you can check your account summary on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site to see if your payment has been applied to your account.

If your subscription offer includes a premium or free gift that does not require payment, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery after receipt of your order.

Some of our offers include downloadable premiums. If your offer included a downloadable premium, you can retrieve it from the link in your Order Confirmation email.  If you are having difficulty, please contact us.

Gift Notification Cards

Non-holiday gift notification cards are mailed to your recipient 2 to 4 weeks after the order is processed. At the time of your order, you can request that the card be sent to you instead of the gift recipient. You can also request that a gift card not be sent.

Holiday gift cards are included with the recipient’s January issue or mailed after December 1. You can also send an online gift notification card by selecting “Send an e-Gift Card” on your magazine’s Online Self-Service Site.
