Account Summary provides you with information about your membership, including your name, address, email address, and more. After the initial membership period, your membership will automatically continue for your selected subscription period, and your credit card will be charged your selected rate, or then-current rate, until you cancel. Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of each membership period until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to the site, going to your account, and clicking on the “Cancel My Membership” link. All online subscription services require a credit card when ordered. You will have the option of either the 1-month plan, with a monthly rate, or the 3-month plan. After the initial period, we will continue to provide the online content and services to you for additional periods of the same length at the same rates described. You authorize us to charge your credit card at the beginning of each service period until you cancel. You may cancel the service at any time by emailing or calling Customer Care, or online at the “My Account” page.
You can easily cancel your membership in your online account. Log in to your account, click the “My Account” page, and then click the “Cancel My Membership” link.
If you are having trouble using the above-described method, you can also cancel via email, phone, or postal mail:
Email: Please send a message to the address in the table above that corresponds with your brand.
Phone: Please call our Customer Care Team toll-free Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET. Please see the chart above for the appropriate number for your program.
Mail: Please send a letter, including the name of the program, your name, site username, complete postal address, and email address, to: Customer Care, 400 South 10th Street, Emmaus, PA 18098. You will receive confirmation that your membership has been canceled.
How do I manage the emails I receive from Rodale brands?
It’s easy to manage your account and select the correspondence you are interested in from our brands. At the bottom of any email from us, click on “Manage Your Email Preferences” to connect to the Rodale Email Preference Center, where you can opt in or opt out of promotional and marketing emails and newsletters at any time.
What if I don’t want commercial/promotional emails from Rodale?
If you do not want to receive commercial/promotional emails from Rodale, please let us know by using the unsubscribe option available on email communications.
