RODALE NEWS, LENOX, MA—Whether or not you like his national healthcare plan, you have to like Barack Obama’s personal healthcare plan. Working out strenuously for 45 to 60 minutes six days a week helps him stay trim and in excellent health. But if you ask him why he puts in all the time and sweat, as Men’s Health magazine did, he'll say it’s not primarily for his health. “The main reason I do it is just to clear my head and relieve me of stress,” he said. Considering his to-do list, I’d say his workouts are really working. Despite handling two wars, impending economic collapse, and a nasty battle for healthcare reform, he manages to stay calm and in good humor. Michelle’s 90-minute workouts three times a week seem to keep her smiling, too.

Exercise
Exercise greatly helps to alleviate my anxiety and depression. It's all I use, and I have to work out or else I feel the repercussions.
Good health and a trim body are nice, too.
gym
I have always worked hard framing houses. Now that I'm retired I try to keep fit by going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I don't find working out a chore, just a pleasurable time. I also am in contact with like minded people which is always nice. Winding down with 15-20 minutes in a sauna is very relaxing to me as well as helping to keep the pounds off.
