After a very good friend of mine went through a methadone treatment recently I decided that I should live more healthy too. I was already doing the 6 things from your list so I might add some. It is a good list but I would translate the list not just for health problems prevention but this six ways may be used for a healthier life in general. "Stop stressing out at work" or "be friendly" will help you keeping your heart in a better shape but also they will help your entire body to feel more healthier and in a better shape. I have a sister who followed a treatment at a NJ rehab center and from my visits there I saw that they used some of your "six lesser-known ways" not to "keep your ticker in tip-top shape" but part of the treatment and she was there not for heart problems. It would be nice to have some solutions for air pollution.
