We shouldn't be afraid to have a few beers... up to four drinks a day (it doesn't specify beer) as a way to prevent a cold?!

Come on, Rodale. Is this really how you promote health? Maybe if we drink organic beer or vodka. Somehow, I don't think a person drinking up to four drinks a day is healthy. Maybe they'll prevent a cold, but their brain and liver (just to name a couple of important organs affected by alcohol) will not be happy.

Rodale, you can do better. I had hoped to pass this article along to family... thinking it might have solid or new useful information.

If the drinking paragraph had been left out it would have been a much better article.
