Adam Campbell is the chief content officer of Rodale Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s content development and distribution strategy for magazines, digital, books, specials, and international.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the VP and managing director of Rodale’s Direct Response and Specials Department, where he developed branded books, DVDs, and digital products marketed directly to consumers.

Adam previously held positions at Rodale, which include editor of, fitness director of Men’s Health, and features editor of Men’s Health. He is the author of the New York Times best-selling book The Men’s Health Big Book of Exercises and The Women’s Health Big Book of Exercises and coauthor of two books, The Men’s Health TNT Diet and The Testosterone Advantage. During his tenure, he has also developed more than a dozen highly successful fitness DVDs.

Campbell has won two National Magazine Awards and has appeared on Today, Good Morning America, The Early Show, The Dr. Oz Show, and Fox News.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, he also holds a master’s degree from the University of Kansas.
